Worldwide Loran-C Signals and Space Weather
February 2009

Receiver: location Nuernberg 49.4159 N 11.1347 W, 8 m wire antenna in a tree, IF 11.8 kHz, bandwidth 22 kHz
Vertical time scale: 20 minute/pix with hourly ticks (quarter resolution of original 5 min averages)
Horizontal time scale: 22050 samples/s, 1.09 ms around expected pulse incidence
Colours: brightness proportional to fieldstrength (1/r distance and power corrected), colour hue shows 100 kHz carrier phase relative to Sylt groundwave

New features:
2009-01-28: with the help from Laurence (KL1X) in China, active Chaykas on GRI's 7950 and 5980 were finally found, but no reliable timing obtained yet.
