Worldwide Loran-C Signals and Space Weather

Receiver: location Nuernberg 49.4159 N 11.1347 W, 8 m wire antenna in a tree, IF 11.8 kHz, bandwidth 22 kHz
Vertical time scale: 20 minute/pix with hourly ticks (quarter resolution of original 5 min averages)
Horizontal time scale: 22050 samples/s, 1.09 ms around expected pulse incidence
Colours: brightness proportional to fieldstrength (1/r distance and power corrected), colour hue shows 100 kHz carrier phase relative to Sylt groundwave

Remarks:
- GRI 7950 and 5980 (Far East Chayka): Alexandrowsk and Ussurisk seen again this month, at chain offsets 59.0 and 72.7 ms after TAI. Not included here yet.
- GRI 8830W (Saudi Arabia): On Oct. 11, Salwa was observed by Peter (G3PLX) with A and B phasecodes transposed. Added it to the end of my monitoring list.
- GRI 5990 (unid Chayka): New location estimates derived from joint TOA measurements with G3PLX: M 48.05N 43.33E, S1 45.52N 37.50E, S2 46.82N 47.71E, S3 50.87N 40.51E.
- GRI 5990 (unid Chayka): On Oct 31, frequency error has been readjusted from -23 ppb (slow) to +10 ppb (fast).
